Beatrice is currently writing her first book: Lead With Your Story: How To Turn Your Lived Experience Into Your Leadership Superpower. The book is a guide for leaders who struggle to call themselves leaders and who haven’t been historically represented in leadership roles. It takes the reader through a framework that will help to find their own leadership style by considering, not excluding, their lived experience. Much of the literature around leadership is written and seen from a male, white perspective. But for folks who have been told to be silent for a long time, there are several layers of narratives that are not addressed in the traditional leadership literature. That is why, Beatrice has spent years researching the most effective and inclusive way for leaders to find their voice so that they can support and lead others through change.
